MK20DN512VLL10 Kinetis K20 32-bit microcontrollers are low-power MCUs that offer significant BOM savings through intelligent on-chip integration.These MCUs are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core and offer full and optional high-speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG), including crystal-less device feature options. Devices range from 32KB to 2MB of Flash memory, up to 1MB of SRAM and up to 2 USB controllers. Packages include BGA, LQFP, QFN and WLCSP, spanning from 32 to 210 pins.The Kinetis K20 MCU family is a scalable portfolio with different levels of integration and security. The portfolio offers a rich suite of analogue, communication, timing and control peripherals to meet a wide range of requirements.
