The ST25R3916-AQWT high-performance NFC general-purpose device supports NFC initiator, NFC acceptor, NFC reader, and NFC card emulation modes where applicable. These NFC ICs are fully compliant with EMVCo 3.0 analogue and digital specifications and are optimised for use in POS terminal applications. These devices enable the fastest EMVCo 3.0 certification cycles even under harsh conditions with antennas around noisy LCDs. Both devices include an advanced analogue front end (AFE) and a highly integrated data framing system for ISO 18092 passive and active initiators.
