The UCC5390ECQDWVRQ1 is a single-channel isolated gate driver with 10A peak pull current and 10A peak fill current designed to drive MOSFETs, IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs. The UCC5390-Q1's UVLO2 is based on GND2, which facilitates the use of bipolar power supplies and optimizes SiC and IGBT switching behavior and robustness. The device is ideal for on-board chargers, traction inverters for electric vehicles and DC charging stations.
