The MCP16501TE-E/RMB Cost and Size Optimization PMIC is compatible with the latest Microchip microprocessor units (MPUs) and associated DRAM memory. The MCP16501 integrates three DC-DC buck regulators and an auxiliary LDO. It provides a comprehensive interface to the MPU. All step-down channels can support up to 1A loads and support 100% duty cycle.
