The IMI111T026H device is part of the IMI110 family of iMOTION™ IPMs.The IMI111T is a family of fully integrated turnkey high voltage motor drive modules. It integrates a motor controller, a three-phase high-voltage, ruggedised gate driver with integrated bootstrap and six 600 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs (reverse conduction drive 2).
