The 1ED3140MU12F is part of the EiceDRIVER™ Compact 1ED31xx series (X3 compact series). The 1ED3140 has independent feed current and pull current output, accurate and stable timing function, to ensure that the IGBT is in a safe shutdown state when the output chip is not connected to the power supply, and the short-circuit clamp limits the gate voltage during short circuit.
