The TPS53830ARWZR is a D-CAP+™ mode integrated buck converter for powering DDR5 DIMMs, providing VDD, VDDQ, and VPP voltage-configurable current capability for DRAM chips on DIMM modules. The high current rail can be configured as 2-phase or 2 outputs to provide up to 12 A (or 6 A) of current, controlled in D-CAP+™ mode. The converter also features internal compensation for ease of use and reduced external components.
