The NCP51200 is a source/sink double data rate (DDR) termination regulator specifically designed for use in low noise systems where low input voltage and space are key considerations.
The NCP51200 maintains fast transient response and requires only a minimum output capacitance of 20 MF. The device supports a DDR V TT bus with remote sensing and termination of all power requirements. Also available for low-power chipsets and graphics processor core output voltages that require dynamic adjustment.
The NCP51200 is available in a thermally efficient DFN10 exposed pad package and is green and lead-free rated.
