The TPS53832ARWZR is a D-CAP+™ mode integrated buck converter for powering DDR5 DIMMs and providing VDD, VDDQ, and VPP voltages to DRAM chips on DIMM modules. The high current rail can be configured as 2-phase or 2 outputs to provide up to 7 A (or 3.5 A) of current. The converter also features internal compensation for ease of use and to reduce external components. The converter provides a full suite of telemetry functions including input voltage, output voltage and output current. Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current limiting and over-temperature protection, and over-temperature protection.
