The SKY66408-11 2.4GHz Front-End Module (FEM) is a high-performance, fully integrated RF FEM designed for use in Zigbee®, Thread, and Bluetooth® (including low-power) applications.The SKY66408-11 FEM provides integrated interstage matching, harmonic filters, and digital control compatible with 1.6V to 3.6V CMOS levels. The RF module operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V, so the SKY66408-11 FEM can be used in battery-powered applications.The SKY66408-11 module is available in a 24-pin, 3mmx3mmx0.6mm multi-chip module (MCM) package. Typical applications include smart thermostats, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, smart lighting, sensors, range extenders, and wireless audio.
