The SKY66404-11 2.4GHz Front-End Module is a high-performance, fully-integrated RF front-end module (FEM) designed for Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth® (including low-energy) applications.The SKY66404-11 is designed for ease-of-use and maximum flexibility. The device provides integrated interstage matching, harmonic filtering, and digital control compatible with 1.6V to 3.6V CMOS levels. The RF module operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V, which allows the SKY66404-11 to be used in battery-powered applications over a wide spectrum of battery discharge curves.
