Containing a Texas Instruments 7th generation core, it is a versatile, product-proven solution that complies with the Bluetooth 4.1 standard. The module also has FCC, IC and CE approvals, and no RF experience is required to develop with the device; the device includes a royalty-free software stack that is compatible with multiple host MCUs and MPUs. Best-in-class RF performance with twice the transmit power and receive sensitivity of other Bluetooth low-power solutions and higher throughput.
