The Silicon Labs EFR32BG22 Bluetooth® 5.2 wireless SoC (System on Chip) is a versatile single-chip solution for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Bluetooth mesh networking and direction finding with sub-meter accuracy. mA Tx) and a high-performance, low-power Arm® Cortex®-M33 core (27µA/MHz operating mode, 1.2µA sleep mode).
