NRF52833-QDAA-R7 The nRF52833 multi-protocol System-on-Chip (SoC) is optimised for a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including professional lighting and asset tracking. This ultra-low power device, the fifth in the nRF52 family, is based on the 64MHz Arm® Cortex™-M4 with FPU and features 512KB Flash and 128KB RAM memory for higher value applications. nRF52833 is equipped with a radio with Bluetooth® 5.2 direction finding capability and can withstand ambient temperatures up to 105°C. With the direction finding function, the positioning solution can rely not only on the received signal strength indicator (RSSI), but also on the actual direction of the signal. This feature improves accuracy and increases the usage of applications in this market segment.

The device also supports Bluetooth 5.2, Bluetooth mesh networking, 802.15.4, Thread, Zigbee and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols. nRF52833 has a 1:4 RAM to flash ratio and +8dBm output power, making it suitable for use in advanced wearable devices or smart home applications.
