The MAX25300BATA/V are low noise linear regulators that provide up to 500mA of output current with only 12μVRMS of output noise over the 10Hz to 100kHz frequency range.These regulators maintain ±1% output accuracy over a wide range of input voltages, and require only 100mV of input-to-output margin at full load.365μA of no-load supply current is not affected by differential voltage.

The MAX25300BATA/V is available in an 8-pin TDFN package.
