The nRF52820 Bluetooth® 5.3 System-on-Chip (SoC) is a single-chip wireless solution with built-in USB and advanced wireless connectivity in a small package. nRF52820 is powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor clocked at 64MHz. it features 256KB Flash memory, 32KB RAM, and a variety of analog and digital interfaces, such as Analog comparator, UART, SPI, TWI, QDEC and full-speed USB 2.0. nRF52820 has a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, so the device can be powered by a rechargeable battery or a power source such as USB. 2.4GHz multi-protocol radio is designed for full functionality and provides up to +8dBm output power.

The nRF52820 SoC is capable of supporting all Bluetooth 5.3 features, including Bluetooth Low Power, Bluetooth mesh networking, Thread and Zigbee mesh protocols, as well as directional, high throughput 2Mbps and long range capabilities. For human interface device (HID) applications, the nRF52820 offers USB and +8 dBm TX power for a single-chip option. It can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for use in complex lighting applications.
