The MSP430F6634IZCAR mixed-signal microcontroller consists of several devices with a variety of peripherals suitable for use in a wide range of applications. This 16-bit RISC architecture combined with five low-power modes is optimised to extend battery life in portable measurement devices. It features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers and a constant generator for maximum coding efficiency. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) wakes the device from low-power mode to active mode in 3µs (typical).
