The AMT49101KJPTR-B-3 is an N-channel power MOSFET driver capable of controlling MOSFET drivers connected in a three-phase bridge arrangement. The AMT49101KJPTR-B-3 is a N-channel power MOSFET driver capable of controlling MOSFET drivers connected in a three-phase bridge arrangement and is designed for use in power supplies with high-power inductive loads, such as brushless DC motors. Fixed-frequency buck converters provide regulated gate drive and bootstrap charging for supplying voltages above the battery supply voltage. The supply voltage required by the N-channel MOSFETs is provided above the battery voltage. The bootstrap charge is maintained by an additional charge pump that provides 0-100% PWM with no duty cycle limitation.
