The AMT49101KJPTR-A-3 is an N-channel power MOSFET driver capable of controlling MOSFET drivers connected in a three-phase bridge arrangement capable of controlling MOSFETs connected in a three-phase bridge arrangement designed for applications with high-power inductive loads such as 48 V power applications such as brushless DC motors. Fixed-frequency buck converters provide regulated gate drive and bootstrap charging voltages. Used to provide a voltage higher than the battery supply voltage. Provides the supply voltage above the battery voltage required by the N-channel MOSFET. The bootstrap charge is maintained by an additional charge pump that provides 0-100% PWM with no duty cycle limitation.
