The MPM3860GQW is a fully integrated high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down power module with built-in inductor and power supply module. It provides a very compact solution for 6A continuous output current over a wide input range in a very compact solution with excellent load and line regulation. A synchronous mode operating mode is used to achieve higher efficiency over the output current load range. Constant On Time (COT) controlled operation provides very fast transient response, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation.
