The MPQ9841GLE-5-AEC1 Synchronous Buck Converter features switching mode and built-in power MOSFETs. This compact solution delivers 1A continuous output current over a wide input supply range of 3.3V to 36V with excellent load and line regulation. The switching frequency is programmable or synchronised to an external clock from 350kHz to 2.5MHz. The device's synchronous operation and ultra-low 14µA sleep mode quiescent current support high efficiency over the output current load range. These features enable the MPQ9841GLE-5-AEC1 to be used in a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments and battery-powered applications.
