The MPM3632SGPQ is a synchronous, rectified, step-down miniature modular regulator, miniature modular regulator with built-in power MOSFET, an inductor and two capacitors. It provides a compact solution requiring only input and output capacitors for 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. A fixed 2.2MHz switching frequency with constant on-time (COT) control provides fast load transient response. Comprehensive protection features include output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown.
