The NCP730BMTADJTBG device is based on a unique combination of extremely low static current, fast transient response, and high input-output voltage range. The NCP730 is a CMOS LDO regulator designed for input voltage up to 38 V and output current up to 150 mA. With A static current of only 1 A, the device is ideal for battery-operated, always-on systems. A variety of fixed output voltage versions as well as adjustable versions are available.
