The MAX32651GWQ Ultra-low power microcontroller is designed for high performance battery powered applications. The MAX32651 is based on Arm® Cortex®-M4 with a floating-point unit (FPU). The MCU has 3MB of flash memory and 1MB of SRAM. Supports memory expansion with multiple memory extension interfaces, including HyperBus™/Xccela™ DDR interfaces and two SPI in-place execution (SPIX) interfaces. The secure digital interface supports external high-speed memory cards including SD, SDIO, MMC, SDHC, and microSD™.
