The LT8642SEV synchronous buck regulator features a second generation quiet switcher architecture minimises EMI emissions while providing high efficiency at high switching frequencies. This includes integrated bypass capacitors to optimise all internal fast current loops to easily achieve advertised EMI emission targets. loops, making it easy to achieve excellent EMI performance by eliminating layout sensitivity. Fast, clean, low overshoot switching edges for efficient operation even at high switching frequencies to reduce overall solution size. Peak current mode control with 20ns minimum on-time enables high step-down ratios even at high switching frequencies.
