The LTC3644EY-2 is a quad 1.25A output, high efficiency synchronous monolithic buck regulator capable of delivering up to 1.25A of output current. The synchronous monolithic buck regulator is capable of operating with input voltages up to 17V. The switching frequency is internally fixed at 1MHz or 2.25MHz with a ±50 synchronisation range. The regulators feature ultra-low quiescent current and high efficiency over a wide VIN and VOUT range.
