The SI1062-A-GM wireless microcontroller (MCU) family combines the ultra-low-power C8051F96x MCU core with the Si443x EZRadioPRO® transceiver into a single-chip solution. It meets the requirements of low-power embedded systems that require an RF link. By reducing total system power consumption, these devices enable developers to reduce battery size/cost or extend battery life while delivering end products with industry-leading RF performance. These microcontrollers feature high receive sensitivity, low power consumption in receive and transmit modes, high data rates, antenna diversity and frequency hopping capabilities.
