The M95M02-DWMN3TP/K is a 2-Mbit Serial EEPROM automotive grade device that operates at temperatures up to 125°C. The M95M02-DWMN3TP/K meets the high reliability requirements of the automotive standard AEC-Q100 Level 0.

The device is accessible via a simple serial SPI-compatible interface and operates up to 10 MHz.

The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) The M95M02-DWMN3TP/K is a byte-changeable memory (262144 × 8-bit) divided into 1024 pages of 256 bytes each, with embedded error-correcting code logic that greatly enhances data integrity.

The M95M02-DWMN3TP/K provides an additional identification page (256 bytes) that can be read for ST device identification. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be permanently locked in read-only mode.
