The M24M01-DWDW3TP/K is a 1-Mbit Serial EEPROM automotive grade device that operates at temperatures up to 125 °C. The M24M01-DWDW3TP/K meets the high reliability requirements of the automotive standard AEC-Q100 Level 1.

The device is accessed via a simple I2C-compatible serial interface and operates up to 1 MHz.

The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory).The M24M01-DWDW3TP/K is a byte-modifiable memory (128 K × 8 bits) divided into 512 pages of 256 bytes each, with embedded error correcting code logic that greatly enhances data integrity.
