The RGTH80TS65DGC13 650V IGBTs are available in the RGTV (short-circuit tolerance type) and RGW (high-speed switching type) series, which offer class-leading efficiency and soft-switching capabilities. These ROHM IGBTs have continuous collector currents ranging from 20A to 80A (depending on operating temperature) and are available in tube packages. 650V IGBTs are ideal for power conversion in general-purpose inverters and converters, and are suited for use in consumer appliances such as AC power and induction heaters, as well as in industrial equipment, including power conditioners, welders, and UPSs.
