The MSP430F5528IZXHR mixed-signal microprocessor (MCU) is part of the ultra-low-power MSP430 MCU family. It is configured with integrated USB and PHY support for USB 2.0, four 16-bit timers, a high-performance 12-bit ADC, and a real-time clock module with alarm functions. Has the same peripherals as the MSP430F5529 MCU, but only 47 input/output pins compared to the 63 input/output pins on the MSP430F5529. Typical applications for these TI MCUs include analogue and digital sensor systems, data loggers, and other applications requiring connection to various USD hosts.
