The NFAM5065L4BT (650V, 50A) is a fully integrated inverter power module consisting of a separate high-side gate driver, LVIC, six IGBTs, and a temperature sensor (VTS or thermistor (T)). Suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) motors, brushless direct current (BLDC) motors and AC asynchronous motors. The IGBT is configured in a three-phase bridge with a separate emitter connection for the lower branch to allow maximum flexibility in selecting the control algorithm.
