The NFAQ1560R43T (600V, 15A) is a fully integrated inverter power stage consisting of a high voltage driver, six IGBTs (FS4 RC IGBT technology) and a thermistor for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), brushless direct current (BLDC) motors and AC asynchronous motors. The IGBT is configured as a three-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for the lower pins to maximize flexibility in selecting control algorithms. The power stage has a full range of protection features, including transconductance protection, external turn-off and undervoltage latching. Designers can set the overcurrent protection level using an internal comparator and reference voltage source connected to the overcurrent protection circuit.
