The CY7C65214D is a full-speed USB controller that seamlessly connects peripherals to a PC via a dual-channel SPI serial interface. The CY7C65214D also integrates a BCD, conforming to the USB battery charging Specification Rev.1.2. It integrates a voltage regulator, oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters, providing a cost-effective solution. The device supports bus power and self-power modes and enables efficient system power management through hang and remote wake up signals. It comes in a 32-pin QFN package.
