The 1ED3491MU12MXUMA1 consists of galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver integrated circuits in a small PG-DSO-16 package with 8 mm of creepage and clearance.The galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver integrated circuits in the PG-DSO-16 package feature a large 8 mm of creepage and clearance. The gate driver ICs provide typical peak output currents of 3 A, 6 A, and 9 A, respectively, with adjustable control and protection features that simplify the design of high-reliability systems.
