MPQ2166BGRHE-AEC1 is an internally compensated, dual, pulse-width modulation (PWM), synchronous step-down regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) and generates an output voltage (VOUT) as low as 0.6V.

MPQ2166BGRHE-AEC1 integrates dual, 55mΩ, high-side MOSFETs (HS-FETs) and 20mΩ synchronous rectifiers to achieve high efficiency without an external Schottky diode.
