Derived from a family of synchronous buck modules, the TPSM63604RDLR is a highly integrated 36V, 4A DC/DC solution that incorporates multiple power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and multiple passive components in an enhanced HotRod™ QFN package. The module's VIN and VOUT pins are located at the corners of the package for optimal placement of input and output capacitors. Four large thermal pads underneath the module allow for simple layout and easy handling during manufacturing.
