The PIC32CM2532JH00032T-E/PT 32-bit MCU is based on the SAM C21 family of Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCUs. with commonly used features, extended memory options of up to 512KB Flash, and 64KB for designs requiring functional safety, enhanced touch, or security. The device is available in 32- to 100-pin package options. The MCU is pin-compatible with the SAM C21 series in 32-pin, 48-pin and 64-pin packages. This feature provides an upgrade path for existing designs or a scalable solution for designs.
