The PIC32CM5164JH00064T-E/PT is a SAM C21 series Arm® Cortex®-M0+ based MCU. with commonly used features, extended memory options of up to 512KB Flash, and 64KB for designs requiring functional safety, enhanced touch, or security. The device is available in 32- to 100-pin package options. The MCU is pin-compatible with the SAM C21 series in 32-pin, 48-pin and 64-pin packages. This feature provides an upgrade path for existing designs or a scalable solution for designs.
