The TRF37B32IRTVR is a wideband dual channel downconverter mixer with an integrated IF amplifier. The device uses an integrated balanced-unbalanced transformer for single-ended RF and LO inputs. The IF amplifier operates in an open collector topology from 30MHz to 600MHz and supports a wide range of IF frequencies and bandwidths. The TRF37x32 offers excellent mixer linearity and noise performance, and provides good isolation between channels for use in a wide range of applications. The device features low power consumption, in addition to a low power mode option for power sensitive applications. Each channel can be individually downconverted and responded to quickly, making it ideal for time domain duplexing (TDD) applications.
