The TMAG5111A4AQDBVRQ1 are two-dimensional, dual-channel Hall-effect latches that are powered from a 2.5V to 38V supply. Designed for high-speed and high-temperature motor applications, these devices are optimised for applications utilising rotating magnets.

The devices provide consistent and excellent performance over a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
