The IIS3DHHCTR is an ultra-low noise, high stability triaxial linear accelerometer.
With a full scale of ±2.5 g, the IIS3DHHCTR is capable of delivering the measured acceleration to the application via a SPI 4-wire digital interface.
The sensing element is manufactured using a dedicated micromachining process developed by STMicroelectronics for the production of inertial sensors and actuators on silicon wafers.
The IC interfaces are manufactured using the CMOS process and are highly integrated, allowing dedicated circuits to be designed and fine-tuned to better match the characteristics of the sensing element.
The IIS3DHHCTR is available in a high-performance (low-stress) ceramic cavity grid array (CC LGA) package with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. The IIS3DHHCTR is available with a high performance (low-stress) ceramic LGA package.
