In a recent interview with India Today, the Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing said that Apple will launch the Mac Pro with Apple Silicon chips and further improve the battery life of the Apple Watch.

Asked in the interview whether Apple was moving forward with its Apple Silicon migration plan, Borchers reiterated Apple's goal of a "complete transition" to its own chips, and hinted at an internal push for a Mac Pro with Apple Silicon chips.


He also acknowledged that the Apple Watch could still be improved in terms of battery life. He said Apple continues to be concerned about battery life and believes one way to address the issue is to introduce fast charging. He said Apple is exploring ways to balance functionality and battery life.
