1. Power MOSFETs: High Efficiency Switching Core 

High Voltage Industrial Grade MOSFETs 

IRFP4110PBF: TO-247 package, 100V/180A specification, on-resistance as low as 3.7mΩ, suitable for UPS systems and high current switching power supplies.

IRFB3306PBF: TO-220 package, 60V/160A, gate charge only 85nC, suitable for server power synchronous rectifier circuit.

New Generation OptiMOS™ Technology Devices 

BSZ440N10NS3G: 100V/70A, TO-263 package, ultra-low on-resistance (4.4mΩ), optimized for DC-DC converters and power tools.

BSC052N08NS5: SuperSO8 package, 80V/100A, 30% increase in power density, for new energy vehicle OBC modules.


2. IGBT Module: High Power Application Pillar 

Vehicle-grade IGBT: AEC-Q101 compliant, supports 650V~1200V voltage range, used in electric vehicle electric drive systems and charging piles.

3. Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices: energy efficiency breakthrough pioneer 

CoolSiC™ MOSFET: 1200V series supports high temperature operation up to 200°C and reduces switching losses by 60% for solar inverters and data center power supplies.

SiC Schottky Diodes: 650V Rapid series realizes soft recovery characteristics, significantly reduces EMI radiation, and is suitable for 40-100kHz high-frequency applications.


4. Automotive-grade transistors: both safety and performance 

AURIX™ series MCUs: integrated MOSFET driver, meets ISO 26262 ASIL-D safety level, used in ADAS and new energy triple power systems.
