The S32K396NHT1MKUST is a new electric vehicle (EV) device that integrates performance, integration, networking, information security and functional safety functions. It has enough computing power to support one six-phase motor or two three-phase motors controlled by a control loop of more than 200kHz, while hosting AI/ML algorithms or other monitoring applications. It supports remote intelligent startup applications using time Sensitive Network (TSN) Ethernet for new regional vehicle architectures. It also features an ASIL D software parser and analog peripherals integration to reduce system costs.
The S32K396NHT1MKUST is powered by a quad-core Arm® Cortex-M7 processor running at 320 MHz, and it comes in a 176-LQFP-EP (24mmx24mmx1.5mm, 0.5mm pitch) package with 6MB of flash memory.
