Overview:
The S32K394EHT1MJBST MCU for electrification applications is designed for electric vehicle (EV) traction inverter control. The MCU has the characteristics of good performance, high integration, good networking, strong security and functional safety. The device supports six-phase or two three-phase motors, has a control loop frequency of over 200 kHz, and comes with its own AI/ML algorithm. The device enables remote intelligent execution over time Sensitive Network (TSN) Ethernet. The device reduces the system cost through the ASIL D software parser and analog integration.
