The Qorvo CMD192C5 is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed driver amplifier operating in the frequency range DC to 20 GHz in a pin-free surface mount (SMT) package. The amplifier provides gains of more than 19 dB, corresponding to a 1 dB output compression point of +25 dBm, and a noise figure of 1.9 dB(10 GHz).

The CMD192C5 LNA MMIC is a 50 ohm matching design that eliminates the need for RF port matching. This amplifier is the perfect alternative to high cost hybrid amplifiers.
