The LC709205FXE-01TBG is a battery coulometer LSI[Intelligent Coulometer] for 1-core lithium ion/polymer (Li+) with IDD report.


Instructions:

The LC709205F is a coulometer for 1-cell lithium-ion/polymer batteries. It is part of our smart LiB meter family of fuel meters and measures the battery RSOC(relative state of charge) using its unique algorithm, HG CVR 2. The HG-CVR2 algorithm provides accurate RSOC information even under unstable conditions (such as battery replacement; Temperature, load, aging and self-discharge). Accurate RSOCs help extend the operating time of portable devices. The fuel meter (i.e., gas meter, battery monitor, or battery meter) characteristics of the HG-CVR2 algorithm make LSI ideal for a variety of applications.


After the battery is inserted, LSI can start battery measurement immediately by setting some parameters. You can avoid learning cycles that complicate the manufacturing process of your application.


LSI also supports battery safety with an alarm function and SOH(Health status) reporting to the application processor. The operating current consumption is very low at 2 A, suitable for applications such as wearables and 1 series N parallel batteries.
