Overview:

BGSA200ML9 is a multifunctional ground shunt 2x single-pole single-throw (2xSPST) RF antenna tuning switch. It is optimized for low COFF and low on-resistance applications below 8.25GHz; Ideal for antenna tuning purposes.

BGSA200ML9 integrates on-chip CMOS logic and power regulation. Thanks to its 4-state USID1 and USID2 capabilities, it can be controlled via a GPIO line or MIPI RFFE bus. Each switch travel can be programmed individually or together. In MIPI RFFE mode, up to 3 instances of the same device can be controlled using the same RFFE bus.
