Overview

FCM360W is a high-performance MCU Wi-Fi and BLE module from Quectel with a processor frequency up to 240 MHz and support for IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax protocols and BLE 5.1. Built-in 512 KB SRAM and 4 MB or 8 MB Flash, compliant with WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK and WPA3-SAE security protocol standards, support AES128-bit hardware encryption algorithm.

The FCM360W is a chip LCC package with an ultra-compact package size of 25.5mm × 18.0mm × 3.2mm, which can meet the needs of end-products for small-size module products to the maximum extent and is compatible with diversified structural designs.

Under the QuecOpen® solution, the FCM360W supports up to 18 GPIOs that can be reused as UART, SPI, I2C*, I2S, ADC, and PWM interfaces. A variety of low-power modes and long-term connection survival mechanisms make it flexible and widely used in application scenarios such as smart home and industrial Internet of Things to meet the needs of different scenarios.

With a compact protocol stack architecture and large memory, the FCM360W can achieve multiple SSL connections and local cache calls for large amounts of data, especially for photovoltaic inverters, energy storage batteries, and other smart devices that need to monitor and save long-term operating data.
